About Your Speaker:
Enrico’s personal background starts in the hospitality industry where he worked in his family’s business for about 20 years in Italy. In the same period, and for few years, he has been a successful sportsman and champion in his native country.
Unfortunately after starting his first IT company in 1997, his father’s company went bankrupt, bringing him and his young family under years of severe and heavy struggles and pain. His solid core values and courage helped him to keep playing the game of life in the face of the challenges and to start again a new company. With this strong and successful background and his skills as a salesman he migrated to Australia in 2009.
Today, Enrico Crosina is the founder and leader of "Be Your Leader Coaching", founded with the purpose to empower people to become sustainable and authentic leaders of themselves to inspire others and to discover their Compassion, Courage and Creativity that will lead them to create and live an extraordinary life.
He is an mBIT certified Trainer, Life Coach, NLP Trainer, Personal Leadership Coach & a student of human behaviour.
