Lucas Derks - Introduction Social Panorama model
Our trainer for October 2023 is Lucas Derks. We are very excited that Lucas Derks is going to give an introduction to the ‘Social Panorama’ model, that Lucas developed himself.
The “Social Panorama” model can be used primarily in dealing with relationships because the latter is based on how people represent others and themselves in their mental space. For example, when we talk about self-confidence it’s important to pay attention to how the client perceives himself in space in regards to the others.
Lucas Derks is a psychologist, psychotherapist, and NLP Trainer at the Institute for Eclectic Psychology from Nijmegen, The Netherlands, and a researcher in the field of Mental Space Psychology.
Since 1993, he has been practising psychotherapy and social psychological museum visitor research. In 2000 and 2012 respectively, he founded the research groups “The International Laboratory for Mental Space Research” and “Society for Mental Space Psychology”, aiming at correlating research from cognitive linguistics,psycho-linguistics and spatial cognition.
Some of his publications are “Social Panoramas – Changing the Unconscious Landscape with NLP and Psychotherapy” and, with Shelle Rose Charvet and L. Michael Hall, “Innovations in NLP: For Challenging Times”.
The recording of this event will be shared with all registered participants after the workshop. Even if you are not able to attend live, we encourage you to still register.
