In this NLPAA workshop, Judith Delozier will introduce the 4 pillars of resilience: Effective stress management, Self awareness and self control, Beliefs and belief systems and Support.
We know that individuals handle adversity in many different way and that different approaches and strategies that they make us of have been learned and shaped by the culture, society and family systems they grew up in and of which they were apart. However, some common skills and attitudes emerge, and Judith will share with us how to identify and tap into these remarkable resources.
