There are simple skills, important skills, complex skills, and powerful models that no one else in NLP teaches at the necessary depth, and, specific behaviors that are the true strength of the NLP art. Frank will give the group many opportunities to get answers to their questions about techniques that almost work or other questions they have not been able to find answers for.
Frank is one of the three founders of neuro-linguistic programming, the author of a number of books on psychology and articles on personnel management, motivation and work with information. He worked as a long-term consultant on the basis of Peace Corps since 1998 (USAID-sponsored program, which provides services of professional American business-consultants to Ukrainian companies). He regularly conducts seminars and takes part in educational conferences of such international students’ organizations like AIESEC, FLEX, JCI, SIFE, AEGEE etc.
Each year he trains more than 2000 middle and top managers of the most successful companies in the Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Latvia. Frank Pucelik supports five rehabilitation centers for youths with drug addiction and there are more centres to be opened. He is a constant speaker at top-ranked conferences, exhibitions, forums and other educational events in the Ukraine.
