Brief Profile/Bio
Helen Jenour is the founder and lead therapist at Bunbury Hypnotherapy in Bunbury, Western Australia. She holds a Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy, an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy, and Master Practitioner credentials in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Techniques®. With experience supporting clients through meaningful personal change, Helen integrates clinical hypnosis, NLP and solution-focused psychotherapy to provide personalised, goal-oriented support. She has also completed a Certificate of Attainment in Individual and Group Supervision and provides Professional Clinical Supervision of Allied and Complementary Health Workers.
Professional Practice Description
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change becomes possible when we understand how we think, respond and learn, and discover new ways of approaching the challenges we face.

I provide personalised Clinical Hypnosis supported by Strategic Psychotherapy and a range of solution-focused approaches. Rather than relying on a single technique, each session is tailored to the individual's goals, preferred way of thinking and learning, and unique strengths.

I work with people seeking to manage anxiety and stress, build confidence, overcome fears, improve sleep, change unwanted habits and develop more helpful ways of responding to life's challenges. My approach is collaborative, practical and focused on helping people develop skills they can use beyond the session.

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I provide Professional Clinical Supervision for Allied and Complementary Health Workers, including hypnotherapists, NLP practitioners, coaches, mentors and other practitioners within my scope of supervision practice. Supervision provides a supportive and professionally focused space for reflection, case discussion, ethical practice, skills development and ongoing professional learning.

My guiding philosophy is that what got you here won't necessarily get you there. Whether working with clients or practitioners, I aim to support greater awareness, fresh perspectives and more effective ways forward.
