Getting the Metaprograms into the mainstream: An introduction to the LAB Profile and iWAM
Grace is an NLP Trainer with qualifications in HR Development and Coaching. Grace has over 18 years experience facilitating personal development group work, and delivers leadership training programs.
The metaprograms are 'clusters of programs' that reflect motivations and attitudes as well as interest filters. They are taught at NLP Master Practitioner level. They are different from other theories of personality because they are contextual, reflected in language patterns and can be changed/developed through deep change work.
Whether you have learnt the metaprograms in an NLP Master Practitioner, or not, thanks to the PhD research of Ross Stewart and Roger Bailey, you can now use this amazing NLP framework in working with coaching and corporate clients. Bailey's work, contained in the LAB Profile, not only validated the linguistic elicitation of metaprograms, but paved the way for their measurement using a profiling instrument that meets Human Resource industry standards.
This very interactive workshop will:
Introduce you to the questions of the LAB Profile for you to experience eliciting the metaprograms linguistically, in action
Provide a full description of the major metaprograms
Discuss the use of the iWAM to bring metaprograms into the workplace in team building, individual coaching and for the creation of models of excellence
